In my research work I consider the migration of Taurus to the Crimea Mountains in the 6th-5th century BC. My attention was drawn to archaeological artifacts that have been found at the site of the alleged habitation of the Taurus. These are the open remains of settlements and burial grounds, and ceramics discovered in Kizil - Koba.

In my work I am going to analyse the Tauri economy. Cattle breeding played a crucial role in the economy of the Tauris. The Strzheletsky archaeologist, candidate of historical sciences wrote about it in his essay "History of the Heracles Peninsula and its environs in the Bronze and Early Iron Age (second half of the 2nd millennium - V century BC)." The assumption is made that one of the reasons for the development of cattle breeding of the Tauris is the appearance of trade relations with the Greeks.

During the excavation of the Greek city in North-Western Crimea - Kerkinitida, a rather large amount of  Kizil – Koba`s (Taurus) ceramics was discovered. Until the 4th century BC there were very few archaeological evidences of trade relations between the population of Crimea Mountains and the Hellenes. Presumably with the Scythians, unlike the Greeks, the Kizil – Koba citizens maintained constant relations. This is evidenced by the presence of ceramics in almost every settlement of Scythian forms. Scythian bit, psalium, swords and arrowheads were found in Kizil – Koba monuments. Some researchers suggest that the Scythians and Taurus from the 6th century BC begin to mixed gradually between each other. Over the time this process leads to the forthcoming of a significant group of so-called “Scythian-Kizil-Koba`s population” on the territory of the Crimean steppe and hills. About this Zubar archaeologist, historian of Antiquity studies, candidate of historical sciences writes in his work "Tauric Chersonesos and the Taurian population in the ancient era."

Studying this topic, we can see that the causes of the migration of Tauris to the Crimean mountains are little understood and not completely researched.
